There are three easy ways to bring the heat to your next event:
Tijuana Flats loves our app-using Flatheads! Rewards points accrued from the Tijuana Flats app cannot be applied to a catering order. Similarly, catering orders do not earn you reward points on the app.
We understand that emergencies happen and that cancellations are sometimes necessary! Full refunds will be issued to orders cancelled with at least 24 hours of notice, or 48 hours of notice for orders of 50 or more people. We are unable to provide refunds for orders that are cancelled day-of.
Need a simple grab-and-go option? Our boxed lunches are the perfect fit! These simplified Bowls, Burritos, and Dos Tacos orders are individually packaged and are perfect for your high-school sports teams, volunteer groups, or members of the office with specific dietary needs! Most of our catering packages will start around a headcount of 15 and then increase from there. Should you need a headcount of under 15, try one of our Party Packs! These all-inclusive packages are the perfect fit for events of 8-12 people.
If your organization holds a Tax Exempt status, please email catering@tijuanaflats.com with a summary of your order request and a PDF Copy of your Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption attached. One of our catering experts will assist you from there in setting up your order!
If you plan on paying for an order via a check payment or house account, please email us directly at catering@tijuanaflats.com and one of our catering experts will assist you in getting this payment method set up. Please note that Tijuana Flats does not accept personal checks and will only accept business checks.

We recommend placing all catering orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that your preferred order location and order time can be secured. For orders of more than 50 people, we recommend extending this to at least 72 hours in advance.
We offer delivery complete with order set-up from all our Tijuana Flats locations for an additional delivery fee! Please note that we rely on a network of third-party delivery providers should an in-store driver be unavailable.
Yes! Delivery is an option when you order online or through the app. You can also have your Tijuana Flats favs delivered through our delivery partners DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, Postmates, and Bite Squad.

Order your Tijuana Flats online using your rewards account or scan your receipt to earn points, $1 spent = 1 point earned! Then start redeeming rewards with as little as 20 points.
When you become a Flathead, you’ll receive a sign-up offer for a free burrito or Dos Tacos with the purchase of a large drink within 24 hours, plus a yearly birthday reward and surprise perks throughout the year. So don’t forget to sign up for email and push notifications to stay informed!
Points will be deposited into your account 2 hours after you place your order, if using your rewards account, or two hours after a receipt is scanned. You will receive a notification when your points are awarded.
In the App, you can check your balance on the Home Screen or the Rewards Tab. To check your point history, visit the Rewards tab > Rewards History.
Flatheads automatically earn points on online and app orders when logged into their rewards account at checkout. In-store, guests can scan the QR code in the Tijuana Flats app at checkout or provide the phone number associated with their account if the restaurant does not have a scanner available. If points are missed during checkout, guests can upload their receipt through the app after completing their order.
Points are earned on standard menu items only and are not eligible on merchandise, gift cards, alcohol, or catering purchases.
Tijuana Flats will only have access to the information guests provide and will never share that information. We do not store any user passwords.
Yes, all Tijuana Flats locations participate in our Rewards program.
Using our app will be the best way to experience Flathead Rewards. However, downloading the app is not required. You can also join and use the rewards program on our website by selecting “Order Now” at TijuanaFlats.com, then clicking “Sign In” at the top right of the screen, then “Create an Account”.
If you need to update your phone number, last name, address, or other account information, please contact us at Rewards@TijuanaFlats.com with the details you would like updated. A member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Please note: if your account was originally created using Facebook login, your email address must be updated through your Meta/Facebook account settings. Unfortunately, we are unable to manually change the email address associated with those accounts in our system.
No, this is a free program.
No worries! If you forgot to locate your account during checkout, you can still claim points from your receipt through the Rewards tab in the Tijuana Flats app. Simply scan the barcode on your receipt or manually enter the barcode number to submit it. Please note, receipts must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase to qualify for points. Don’t miss out!
No. The person you are purchasing the gift card for will be eligible for receiving points when he/she redeems the gift card.
Yes. If you do not make a valid Rewards purchase or redemption for six months, your points balance will automatically reset to zero.
No. All new members to Flathead Rewards will start earning points after joining. Receipts from visits prior to your join date are not eligible for points.
You can earn 30 bonus points when you refer somebody to the program once they make their first eligible purchase. To invite somebody, locate your personalized code from the “Refer A Friend” button on the Rewards tab in the app.
No, catering orders do not earn points. Points are only earned for items off the standard menu, and exclude merchandise, gift cards, alcohol, and catering.
Using the app, select your “Rewards” tab to view the number of points in your account and any Rewards that are currently available. When ordering via the app, ensure the appropriate items have been added to your cart. When you get to the checkout screen, choose an available reward and apply it.
When ordering though the website, select “Order Now”, then “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen. Once logged in, select your preferred store location and select “Begin Order”. You can then select “Rewards Available” at the top right of the screen to view the Reward currently available in your account. When ordering online, ensure the appropriate items have been added to your cart. As you proceed to checkout you will locate the “Tijuana Flats Rewards” section in the right column and choose your available reward and select “Apply”.
If redeeming in-store let your cashier know you are using your Flathead Rewards account and provide your phone number. Let the cashier know which Reward you wish to apply to your order. Or if using the app, select the “Rewards” tab, apply your chosen reward and choose to redeem within the restaurant. Then just show the QR code to the cashier at checkout.
You will receive a push notification if you opt into those communications, and you will also see a message in your Inbox on the app.
No. You can redeem your rewards on multiple visits. Various Rewards have various expiration dates. Please check the expiration date for your specific rewards vis the “Rewards” tab in the app or viewing your “Available Offers” on a browser, click here to log in.
All rewards have an expiration date, so make sure you use them!
Yes! You will get your Free Dessert reward 48 hours prior to your birthday, which expires in 14 days.
Whether you moved and are no longer near a Tijuana Flats or your local Tijuana Flats closed, we are unable to credit you for any unused rewards.
Each guest can only have one Tijuana Flats Rewards account.
We do not allow earning points toward the Flathead Rewards Program for purchases made through third party marketplaces such as UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, Grubhub, etc. Any orders placed through our app or our website will be eligible for earning points for qualifying items.

Yes, the success of Tijuana Flats requires hands on ownership and leadership and a deep understanding of each community we are serving.

Tijuana Flats support team will provide ongoing marketing and advertising support, training and operations counsel and “as needed” support from other company departments. Full ongoing IT support is also available at favorable rates to franchise partners in compliance with our security and POS standards.

The franchise fee is $35,000 per unit, with a 5-unit commitment. The franchise fee is payable in two parts: 1/2 on executing the development agreement and 1/2 upon lease execution.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot guarantee that our ingredients are GMO-free. While we would like to offer only offer GMO-free ingredients, the quantities that we require aren’t yet available from non-GMO sources. Hopefully that’ll change one day soon.

We have some incredible black bean or refried bean options that are completely lardfree! You can make any entrée without dairy products to make a vegetarian option into a delicious vegan one.
We have chicken nuggets! All white meat breaded nuggets that are delicious. Kids also love our chipotle chicken! It’s all white chicken breast marinated with our mild and smoky sauce cooked to perfection.
Of course! All our dairy products (cream cheese, fat-free sour cream, queso cheese blocks, regular sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and fancy cheddar & Monterey jack blend) are all made with pasteurized milk. So get cheesy with us!
If you set up an online ordering account with us, you can cancel through that. If you ordered as a guest, you’ll have to call the selected location directly to cancel. Orders are received and made at the selected location no more than 15 minutes prior to pick up time.
