Catering

You can reach us by phone at (844)4TFLATS or via email at catering@Tijuanaflats.com. Our catering coordinators are available to assist you anytime between 9am and 7pm, seven days a week. We’re here to help!

Unfortunately you cannot use your rewards points towards a catering order. We apologize for the inconvenience!

We understand that emergencies happen and that cancellations are sometimes necessary! Full refunds will be issued to orders cancelled with at least 24 hours of notice, or 48 hours of notice for orders of 50 or more people. We are unable to provide refunds for orders that are cancelled day-of.

Stands and Sternos are provided for all orders with 30 people or more, subject to availability!

We can absolutely offer boxed lunches on a limited menu. Give us a call at (844)-4-TFLATS for more information regarding our boxed lunch offerings.

The Mega DIY Taco Bar allows you to upgrade your experience with the addition of drinks and desserts to your catering package for only an extra $2.00 per person!

Our bundles and bars start at 10-person amounts and from there will go up in increments of 5.

Pull out all the stops for your guests and upgrade your DIY Bar Catering to Make it Mega. This Catering Package includes your choice of beverage (iced tea, lemonade or Coca Cola® Fountain beverage) and Dessert Platter (Cookie Dough Flautas and Churros. Served with a side of chocolate dipping sauce).

No problem at all! If you are a tax-exempt organization, please contact our catering department to place your order. Give us a call at (844)-4TFLATS or send us an email to catering@tijuanaflats.com. Please do not place your order online, tax exemptions are not supported on the online catering platform.

Credit Card payments are preferred, but we can accept business checks (not personal checks). If you are planning to pay for your order with a business check please reach out to our catering department at catering@Tijuanaflats.com.

We do have Set Up and Service options available. If you would like more information on this level of service, please contact our catering department at (844)4TFLATS and one of our coordinators will be happy to assist you!

All burritos in the Burrito Bash will be made the same based on your protein choice and toppings. 

The Megajuana Trio is a heaping bag of our fresh seasoned chips served with our handmade salsa, guacamole and queso. It is a perfect compliment to our catering packages and serves up to 20 people. The Megajuana Trio comes included with the DIY Bars & Make it Mega upgrade. 

Tijuana Flats is able to provide options for guests with food allergies and dietary preferences. Please look through our allergen information sheet for more details on the allergen risk of our various menu offerings. For more information on dietary restrictions such as gluten-free or vegetarian options, please contact the catering department at (844)4TFLATS.

Absolutely! We include all the tableware your guests need to serve and enjoy their meal. If you add beverages to your order, we will also provide cups and ice.

For orders picked up in-store, we require 24 hours of notice. For delivery orders, we require 48 hours of notice. If you need to place your catering order sooner, just give us a call at (844)-4-TFLATS and one of our catering coordinators will be happy to help you out!

If you’re looking to take your catering up a notch the DIY Bars are for you! If you’d like to keep it simple, the Bundles are more your speed.

Absolutely! Upon delivery of your order, you just show us where you want the food set up and the team member delivering the order will take care of the rest!

Yes! We rely on a team of trusted third-party delivery service providers for catering deliveries. Delivery fees apply based on the size of the order and delivery distance. Delivery range may vary by location. Not seeing availability to your address? Give us a call at (844)-4-TFLATS or email catering@tijuanaflats.com to request accommodations.

Delivery

Yes! Delivery is an option when you order online or through the app. You can also have your Tijuana Flats favs delivered through our delivery partners DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, Postmates, and Bite Squad.

Franchise

Yes, the success of Tijuana Flats requires hands on ownership and leadership and a deep understanding of each community we are serving.

Two managers working in shifts and 9 employees for an average unit volume location. 

Tijuana Flats support team will provide ongoing marketing and advertising support, training and operations counsel and “as needed” support from other company departments. Full ongoing IT support is also available at favorable rates to franchise partners in compliance with our security and POS standards.

Typically the process from site selection through lease execution, construction and training to opening takes about 9-12 months. This is dependent on many factors such as availability of suitable real estate.

While construction costs vary depending upon market and state, the average start-up cost for a Flats ranges between $679,950 and $954,000.  Further details and summaries are available in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Royalty and marketing fees are outlined in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

The franchise fee is $35,000 per unit, with a 5-unit commitment. The franchise fee is payable in two parts: 1/2 on executing the development agreement and 1/2 upon lease execution.

Online Ordering

If you set up an online ordering account with us, you can cancel through that. If you ordered as a guest, you’ll have to call the selected location directly to cancel. Orders are received and made at the selected location no more than 15 minutes prior to pick up time.

Tijuana Flats Rewards Loyalty Program

Eat Tijuana Flats and earn FREE Flats. Join our Flathead Rewards Program by signing up online or downloading the app. Order your Flats online using your Rewards account or scan your receipt to earn points, $1 spent = 1 point earned! Then start redeeming rewards with as little as 20 points. Click here to learn more and sign up!

You will receive an offer for a Free Burrito or Dos Tacos in your account upon joining.

Through the app, you can redeem your Free Burrito or Dos Tacos by adding your chosen item to your cart, when you get to the “Make Payment” page, select “Redeem” and select your “Free Burrito or Tacos” reward. Once the reward is selected the cost will be subtracted from your order total.


When ordering through the website, ensure you are logged into your Rewards account, click here to log in. Once logged in, ensure you have a Burrito or Dos Tacos added to your order, proceed to checkout, in the right column scroll down to “Tijuana Flats Rewards” and select your “Free Burrito or Tacos” reward. Once the reward is selected the cost will be subtracted from your order total.


You can also redeem in-store by providing your phone number at the register, and letting the cashier know you would like to redeem your “Free Burrito or Taco” reward. Or open your Tijuana Flats app, select the “Rewards” tab, find your “Free Burrito or Tacos” reward, click “Redeem” and present the QR code to your cashier at checkout.

Points will be deposited into your account 2 hours after you place your order, if using your rewards account, or two hours after a receipt is scanned. You will receive a notification when your points are awards.


You can check your points in the app by selecting the “Rewards” tab and swipe down to refresh. Or by signing in on your web browser, click her to log in, and viewing your “Account Balance”.

Each Flathead that orders online or through the Tijuana Flats loyalty app while logged into their rewards account will automatically receive points from their purchase. In a restaurant, you can scan a unique QR code from your app at checkout. If the restaurant does not have a scanner, you can provide your phone number to the cashier to locate your account. If you forget these options when completing your order you can also take the receipt and log it onto your account via the app after your order is completed.

Tijuana Flats will only have access to the information guests provide and will never share that information. We do not store any user passwords.

Yes, all Tijuana Flats locations participate in our Rewards program.

Using our app will be the best way to experience Flathead Rewards. However, downloading the app is not required. You can also join and use the rewards program on our website by selecting “Order Now” at TijuanaFlats.com, then clicking “Sign In” at the top right of the screen, then “Create an Account”.

Anyone 13 years or older can be a rewards member.

No, you are not required to join our Rewards Program via your Facebook account, but it is optional.

We will have access to your general information and email address affiliated with your Facebook account.

No, this is a free program.

Yes, you must be registered as a Rewards Member to participate in Tijuana Flats Rewards.

If you forgot to locate your account upon completing your transaction you can claim points from your receipt via the app. You MUST claim points from receipt within 7 days of your visit, otherwise, you will forfeit these points.

No. The person you are purchasing the gift card for will be eligible for receiving points when he/she redeems the gift card.

Yes. If you do not make a valid loyalty purchase or redemption for six months, the points will automatically reset to zero.

No. All new members to Tijuana Flats Rewards will start earning points after joining. Receipts from visits prior to your join date are not eligible for points.

Just have your friends enter your invite code when they join Flathead Rewards. To locate your invite code, open the app and select “More” then “Invite Friends” you can copy and paste your personal code or share your code. To locate your invite code on a web browser, click here to sign in, select “Invite Friends”, you can copy and paste your personal code or send invite code via email. After your referred friend makes their first purchase as a Flathead, we’ll load 30 Reward points on your account.

No, catering orders do not earn points. Points are only awarded for standard orders, and exclude merchandise, gift cards, alcohol, and catering.

Using the app, select your “Rewards” tab to view the number of points in your account and any Rewards that are currently available. When ordering vis the app, ensure the appropriate items have been added to your cart. When you get to the “Make Payment” page, select “Redeem” and choose from your available rewards.


When ordering though the website, select “Order Now”, then “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen. Once logged in, select your preferred store location and select “Begin Order”. You can then select “Rewards Available” at the top right of the screen to view the Reward currently available in your account. When ordering online, ensure the appropriate items have been added to your cart. As you proceed to checkout you will locate the “Tijuana Flats Rewards” section in the right column and choose your available reward and select “Apply”.


If redeeming in-store let your cashier know you are using your Flathead Rewards account and provide your phone number. Let the cashier know which Reward you wish to apply to your order. Or if using the app, select the “Rewards” tab, click “Redeem” on your chosen reward and show the QR code to the cashier at checkout.

You will receive a push notification through the app and/or an email depending on what notifications you signed up for.

No. You can redeem your rewards on multiple visits. Various Rewards have various expiry dates. Please check the specific expiry date for your specific rewards vis the “Rewards” tab in the app or viewing your “Available Offers” on your web browser, click here to log in.

All rewards have an expiration date, so keep track of your current rewards and when they expire.

Yes! You will get your Free Dessert reward 48 hours prior to your birthday, which expires in 14 days.

Whether you moved and are no longer near a Tijuana Flats or your local Tijuana Flats closed, we are unable to credit you for any unused rewards.

Each guest can only have one Tijuana Flats Rewards account.

We do not allow earning points toward the Flathead Rewards Program for purchases made through third party marketplaces such as UberEats, DoorDash, Postmates, Grubhub, etc. Any orders placed through our app or our website will be eligible for earning points for qualifying items.
