ORLANDO, Fla. (April 2, 2012) — Today, Tijuana Flats announced that Tony Sperrazza has been promoted to President of the company. Sperrazza previously served as Vice President of Operations for Tijuana Flats. 

“Tony’s contributions to Tijuana Flats over the past several years have made him a integral part of the company’s leadership and we’re looking forward to having him serve as President,” said Owner and CEO, Brian Wheeler “Tony’s passion for and knowledge of the business are evident, and will remain an asset as we continue to grow in the coming years.”

Additionally, Tijuana Flats is proud to announce the following promotions:

• Brian Thompson — Southwest Regional Director of Operations 
  • Formerly St. Petersburg Area Supervisor
• Matt Law — St. Petersburg Area Supervisor 
  • Formerly Hunters Creek Managing Partner

With these three individuals in their newly appointed roles, and the rest of the Tijuana Flats team members, the company is confident in continuing and exceeding its past growth and achieving its plans to open 30 new locations by the end of 2013.
