ANOTHER HEAT WAVE EXPECTED TO HIT PASCO COUNTY
Franchisee Opens Third Tijuana Flats Location in Lutz, FL
ORLANDO, FL- On Monday, January 19, 2009, hunger will once again meet its match as Tijuana Flats, famous for its fresh Tex-Mex food and its unique
ambiance, opens its latest restaurant location at 23100 State Rd 54 Lutz, Fla. 33549.
The new location will feature Tijuana Flats' made-to-order menu, a 14-pump hot sauce bar and all the lively atmosphere patrons have come to expect from the Tex-Mex powerhouse. The 2,500-square-foot restaurant will accommodate seating for more than 90 visitors. Anyone who has experienced a Tijuana Flats knows about its brightly colored wall murals. The
mural at the latest location is no exception. Using vibrant colors, it incorporates an out of this world Sci-Fi theme, featuring alien, squid-like creatures who are shown destroying a city.
Patrons will definitely stop and take notice of this extraordinary scene that gives Tijuana Flats its flare and uniqueness. This is the third Tijuana Flats for franchisee owners, RDA, Inc. In 2006, the company opened their first location at 27709 SR 56 in Wesley Chapel. In late 2007, they opened their second location at 10900 SR 54 in New Port Richey.
"We are excited to continue to expand the Tijuana Flats brand throughout Pasco County," said RDA partner, Frank Marinelli. "With two locations already in the area, we have built a following with many of the residents and look forward to continuing to build a strong reputation in those
areas."
