TIJUANA FLATS OPENS FIRST LOCATION IN SOUTH CAROLINA
ORLANDO, FL (January 21, 2015) – On Monday, January 26th, Tijuana Flats, known for its made-to-order, fresh, tex-mex fare and unique wall art, will bring the heat to Greenville, South Carolina. Located at 1139 Woodruff Rd., the first South Carolina location will employ 35-40 team members to include management, back of house and front of house employees. Tijuana Flats will have location in six states following the opening of the Greenville restaurant. Additionally, the location will feature energy-efficient equipment and environmentally friendly processes to include:

Greenville is a strong market that continues to flourish, we are confident that Tijuana Flats will be a good fit for this area. We can’t wait to introduce our concept to South Carolina,” said Brad Kaemmer, Chief Executive Officer for Tijuana Flats. The restaurant is 2,200 sq. ft. and has 86 seats comprised between 70 interior dining seats and 16 outdoor seats. Guests can sample any of the 15 different hot sauces from the hot sauce bar. The wall mural, a staple at all Tijuana Flats but personalized to each location, showcases knights ready for battle representing the mascot for nearby Furman University. The new Tijuana Flats in Greenville is located at 1139 Woodruff Blvd at the corner of Woodruff Rd. and Garlington Rd.
